About Me My family moved up north from KY about 10 yrs ago. In my heart, I will always be a southerner. I am currently in school, working on a nursing degrees, only 2 more years left, woohoo =)

Music I like a wide variety of music, from classical to headbanging rock. Owain Phyfe is my favorite performer. Some of my other favorites are: Celtic Woman, Moby, Coldplay, Audioslave, Pink Floyd (Dark Side of the Moon),Zepplin, The Black Eyed Peas, and the king Elvis.

Movies Well, I cannot chose which is my favorite, but I will say that I have watched The Lord of the Rings so many times,I can recite the lines. I also like Braveheart, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Big Trouble in Little China, Star Wars (The Empire Strikes Back), Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, Gladiator, just to name a few.

TV I like The History Channel, Discovery Channel, Food Network (love to get ideas from them), Learning Channel, PBS, Nature and Antiques Roadshow.

Books I will read just about any book but here area few of my favorite authors: Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Robin Cook, and Terry Brooks. I read The Hobbit & LOTR when I was 18 and have read them both probably 20 times since. The Stand and The Shining are probably 2 of the scarest books I have ever read. I also like the Harry Potter books (they area good easy read). Terry Brooks' Magic Kingdom series is one of my favorite. Watchers is a good one from Koontz, makes you really wonder about what types of experiments big brother is performing

Likes I like to sew and mess around with my dogs.

Dislikes Liars, I dislike them intensely.
